Job summary

Teleflex is seeking an Inventory Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize consignment inventory across customer locations, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock. You will work with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance to maintain efficient processes.

The role focuses on data accuracy, stock movements, reconciliations, and coordination of returns. A hybrid work arrangement in Ireland is available, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required and Dutch an advantage.
• 2–4 years in inventory, Customer Service processes, supply chain, or related analytical roles, preferred.
• Experience with consignment stock processes.
• Relevant 3rd level qualification preferred.
• High level of accuracy; strong attention to detail.
• Good computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, CRM and SAP an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of consignment inventory across customer locations.
• Support tracking of stock movements, customer consumption and replenishment to maintain inventory and par levels.
• Review inventory reconciliations submitted by Sales Teams through ConsignPro and SAP; escalate complex discrepancies.
• Investigate routine inventory discrepancies and coordinate with Sales Teams, Customer Service and customers.
• Process expired inventory write-offs per approved processes and month-end timelines.
• Perform inventory transactions and corrections in SAP, including stock write-ons/offs and transfers.
• Liaise with customers and Field Sales regarding routine consignment queries and replenishment.
• Coordinate return of expired or damaged stock and ensure proper documentation.
