Job summary

Teleflex in Athlone, Ireland is seeking an Inventory Analyst to monitor and optimize consignment stock across customer sites in Iberia. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure product availability and minimize excess inventory.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, SAP and Excel usage, and timely reconciliation of stock movements, while supporting monthly close and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; Spanish is an advantage.
• 2–4 years in inventory, supply chain, or related analytical roles.
• Experience with consignment stock processes.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of consignment inventory across customer locations.
• Track stock movements, consumption, and replenishment to maintain par levels.
• Process inventory reconciliations in SAP; escalate discrepancies.
• Investigate routine discrepancies with Sales and Customer Service.
• Support month-end inventory write-offs and transactions in SAP.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to optimize inventory.
• Respond to routine inventory queries and coordinate returns of expired stock.
• Prepare and distribute regular inventory reports and KPI data.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and quality standards in inventory activities.
