Job summary

Teleflex is seeking an Inventory Analyst for the DACH region, based in Athlone, Ireland. The role focuses on monitoring consignment inventory at customer locations, optimizing levels, and minimizing financial risk.

You will work with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance in a hybrid environment. Key duties include reconciling inventory in SAP, coordinating returns, and maintaining accurate ERP data.

Qualifications

• English fluency is required; German is an advantage.
• 2–4 years in inventory, customer service processes, supply chain, or related analytical roles preferred.
• Experience with consignment stock processes.
• Relevant third-level qualification preferred.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills; proficiency with SAP and Excel plus CRM/tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of consignment inventory across customer locations.
• Track stock movements, customer consumption and replenishment to maintain inventory and par levels.
• Review inventory reconciliations submitted by Sales through ConsignPro and SAP; escalate complex discrepancies.
• Investigate routine inventory discrepancies with Sales, Customer Service, and customers to resolve.
• Process expired inventory write-offs per approved procedures and month-end timelines.
• Perform inventory transactions and corrections in SAP (stock write-ons, write-offs, transfers).
• Liaise with customers and Field Sales on routine inventory queries, replenishment, and stock movements.
• Coordinate return of expired/damaged/ unwanted consignment stock and follow up on documentation.
• Support country-specific Inventory mailboxes and respond to routine queries.
• Monitor consignment inventory count activities against plan and follow up on overdue counts.
• Support review of EMEA open ZKE order report and follow up on missing docs and discrepancies.
• Help ensure inventory records reflect consumption and stock movements for accurate invoicing.
