Job summary

Teleflex Incorporated in Ireland seeks an Inventory Analyst to monitor, analyze and optimize consignment inventory at customer locations. You will work with Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain to ensure product availability and minimize risk.

Responsibilities include reconciling stock using SAP, ConsignPro and Excel, generating regular inventory reports, and supporting KPI tracking while maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; German is an advantage.
• 2–4 years in inventory, customer service, supply chain or related analytical roles.
• Experience with consignment stock processes.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain consignment inventory records across customer locations.
• Support stock movements, replenishment, and reconciliation with Sales and Customer Service.
• Process inventory discrepancies in SAP; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and support KPI data collection.
• Coordinate returns of expired/damaged stock and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/QMS policies and internal controls.
