Teleflex Incorporated is seeking an Inventory Analyst to monitor and optimize consignment inventory at customer locations, ensuring product availability and reducing financial risk. The role collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to streamline processes.

You will process stock movements, reconciliation, and inventory count activities, contributing to accurate invoicing and revenue recognition. Strong Excel and SAP skills, plus good communication, are essential.

Formación

• Fluency in English required; Dutch an advantage.
• 2–4 years in inventory, customer service processes, supply chain, or related analytical roles.
• Experience with consignment stock processes.
• Relevant 3rd level qualification preferred.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor consignment inventory across customer locations.
• Support tracking of stock movements, consumption and replenishment to maintain par levels.
• Review inventory reconciliations in ConsignPro and SAP; escalate discrepancies.
• Investigate routine inventory discrepancies with Sales and Customer Service.
• Process expired inventory write-offs and ensure month-end timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory data in ERP systems (SAP) and reporting.
• Coordinate returns of expired or damaged consignment stock.
