Job summary

Teleflex is seeking an Inventory Analyst to monitor, analyze and optimize consignment inventory at customer locations. You will work with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance to keep accurate records and minimize risk. You will process stock movements in SAP, support stock counts, and coordinate replenishment and returns.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required and Spanish an advantage.
• 2–4 years in inventory, Customer Service processes, supply chain, or related analytical roles preferred.
• Experience with consignment stock processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of consignment inventory across customer locations.
• Support stock movements, replenishment and par levels.
• Process inventory reconciliations in SAP and via ConsignPro, escalating discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate return of expired or unwanted consignment stock and respond to routine inventory queries.
• Assist with inventory data accuracy for invoicing and revenue recognition.
