Sheen Falls Lodge Limited in Kenmare invites applications for an experienced Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our five‑star kitchen team. You will deliver high‑quality breakfast dishes, work a busy cook‑to‑order service and help maintain HACCP standards across a luxury hotel operation.

Working in a dedicated brigade, you will contribute to the early morning service, collaborate with The Falls Restaurant and The Sheen Lounge, and support team dining when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
• Strong breakfast and à la carte cooking experience.
• Excellent food preparation, cooking and presentation skills.
• Solid HACCP knowledge and kitchen hygiene.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver our breakfast offering to five‑star standards.
• Cook, plate and present dishes with high quality and consistency.
• Maintain HACCP and kitchen hygiene throughout service.
• Support team dining and other kitchen sections as required.
• Work calmly during busy breakfast service.
