Job summary

TELUS Digital in Cork is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support fintech clients from our Mahon office. You will assist customers by phone, email and chat, and play a pivotal role in resolving issues with a focus on service quality.

Expect rotating shifts from 8am to 10pm across seven days, with training and onboarding. After probation there’s a choice of 4- or 5-day rotations, and a pathway for career progression in a multilingual, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Strong technical skills and interest in tech.
• Friendly, communicative with strong customer focus.
• Self-drive and result-oriented mindset.
• Able to work with multiple systems and learn new ones.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via calls, email and chat.
• Investigate and identify issues to resolve inquiries.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to deliver support excellence.
