Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive focusing on the Finland (SMB) market, based in our Dublin hub. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce to drive AI-enabled growth for Finland SMBs.

This role requires full professional fluency in Finnish and English, with a hybrid work setup in Dublin and relocation support. You will balance new business with expansion within existing accounts and collaborate across Sales, BDE, Pre-sales, and

Qualifications

Quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
Territory and account planning to achieve sales objectives.
Research and discovery of customer processes and goals.
Solutioning with value propositions for customer needs.
Clear, concise customer communication via multiple channels.
Resourceful use of available tools to drive results.
Team selling with account team and partners.
Fluency in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

Lead a dedicated customer set in the Finland market from lead generation to closing.
Drive new business and expansion within accounts.
Use consultative selling to align Salesforce AI and Data solutions.
Build relationships with C-level decision-makers.
Collaborate with BDE, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the Finland market funnel.
