Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Technology Delivery - Technical Project Management Manager to lead large-scale transformation programmes from Dublin. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage multi-functional teams and ensure projects realise expected benefits in alignment with client expectations.

The role requires a strong track record in delivering complex IT programmes, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to operate across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Third level degree, preferably in business or IT.
• Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, SAFe or diploma in Project Management.
• 6+ years in a client-facing role in delivery of large-scale complex technical projects.
• Minimum 3 years onsite experience in UK&I region across focus industries.
• Experience with ERP/CRM, AI, Digital Workplace, Cloud Migration or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for mobilisation, delivery and benefits of large-scale technical projects.
• Direct and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Influence project outcomes and present analyses to governance forums.
• Ensure delivery on priorities, dependencies and business benefits.
