You will lead financial reporting engagements, review statements and provide technical accounting guidance across IFRS, US GAAP and Lux GAAP while developing client relationships with auditors and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes team leadership, process improvement, and the use of automation, including AI, to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency for fund accounting and regulatory

Qualifications

• Around 6–8 years' experience in financial reporting.
• Experience managing teams and client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and technical accounting.
• Experience with IFRS, US GAAP and/or Lux GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of financial reporting engagements.
• Reviewing financial statements, disclosures and audit support packs.
• Providing technical accounting advice on valuations, financial instruments, consolidation and going concern.
• Managing relationships with clients, auditors and other stakeholders.
• Leading, coaching and developing team members.
• Managing project timelines, budgets and overall delivery.
• Supporting financial reporting transformation and automation projects.
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, efficiency and controls.
• Exploring the use of AI and technology within financial reporting.
• Supporting fund accounting and regulatory reporting projects where required.
