Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a senior professional to work with asset management clients on financial reporting engagements, business process reviews and remediation projects. You will lead within a team delivering high-quality reporting.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience, ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification, and the ability to coach and lead teams, with exposure to US GAAP, IFRS and Lux GAAP, plus experience with AI and automation. We offer a supportive environment and flexible options.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fund reporting engagements.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and Lux GAAP.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; ability to manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of investment fund reporting clients, with accountability for quality, resourcing, timelines, budgets and client delivery.
• Review financial statements, disclosures, supporting schedules and audit packs for completeness and consistency.
• Lead client, auditor and administrator relationships and resolve significant reporting issues.
• Develop team capability through coaching, training and succession planning.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives across the reporting lifecycle and define controls for AI use.
