Job summary

You will manage engagements end-to-end, guiding interactions with Financial Controllers and CFOs while coordinating with audit, technology and advisory colleagues.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical judgment on IFRS/FRS 102, and the development of high-performing teams within a growing Reporting Excellence pillar.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong academic record and post-qualification experience in audit, industry or advisory work.
• Advanced technical expertise in IFRS and/or FRS 102; US GAAP a bonus.
• Ability to form well-reasoned judgements on complex matters and oversee quality of outputs.
• Broad understanding of finance functions, systems, controls and reporting outputs.

Responsibilities

• Engagement management from scoping to delivery and sign-off; oversee budgets and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams across audit, technology and advisory pillars.
• Coach and develop engagement teams; conduct performance reviews and support recruitment.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
