Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland seeks a senior fund reporting specialist to lead the delivery of investment fund financial reporting engagements. You will review statements, manage project plans, and coach teams to meet tight deadlines while ensuring compliance across GAAP frameworks.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified or IFAC equivalent.
• 4–5 years in investment fund financial reporting with team leadership.
• Experience with US GAAP, IFRS and Lux GAAP.
• Strong Excel and Office skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of AI risks, data privacy and responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of fund reporting engagements and allocate work.
• Review financial statements and disclosures for completeness and consistency.
• Manage project plans, deadlines, trackers and client communication.
• Coach team members on fund reporting requirements and standards.
• Embed AI use cases into recurring workflows with proper human review.
• Develop strong client relationships and support regulatory reporting.
