Nicoll Curtin client seeks a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager based in Ireland. You will prepare and review financial statements for investment funds under US GAAP/IFRS, manage reporting processes, and liaise with auditors and managers.

A strong technical base in GAAP/IFRS and attention to detail are essential. You will mentor teammates, support senior management with regulatory projects, and contribute to client service and business development initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy or related field.
• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification (or near-qualified).
• At least 3 years of financial reporting/audit experience in investment funds or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent proofreading, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review financial statements for investment funds and other entities under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Manage or assist in the financial reporting process; liaise with auditors, administrators and investment managers.
• Support senior management with ad hoc financial reporting and regulatory advisory projects.
• Build client relationships and support global business development expansion plans.
• Review and edit financial documents for accuracy, consistency and professionalism.
• Travel internationally and work on diverse projects as opportunities arise.
