Job summary

The Panel in Dublin is seeking a Director, Financial Reporting to lead the delivery of fund financial reporting for a diverse international client base. Based in Dublin, you will shape the strategic direction of the function, oversee technical accounting and drive transformation across IFRS, US GAAP and Lux GAAP.

You will manage multiple reporting teams, partner with clients and boards, and ensure exceptional client service, risk management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in fund administration, asset servicing or financial reporting.
• 15+ years in funds, asset management or related financial services with client exposure.
• Deep expertise in IFRS, US GAAP and Lux GAAP is essential.
• Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, UCITS, Hedge Funds and alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Financial Reporting function across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee delivery of annual and semi-annual financial statements for varied fund structures.
• Lead senior reporting teams and act as primary escalation point for complex issues.
• Govern IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP and other frameworks with senior client and regulator oversight.
• Build relationships with fund boards, auditors and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement and automation.
• Support growth initiatives, onboarding of new clients and product expansion.
• Champion accountability, continuous improvement and talent development.
