Job summary

Nicoll Curtin client seeks a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager based in Ireland. You will prepare and review financial statements for investment funds under US GAAP/IFRS, manage reporting processes, and liaise with auditors and managers.

A strong technical base in GAAP/IFRS and attention to detail are essential. You will mentor teammates, support senior management with regulatory projects, and contribute to client service and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy or related field.
• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification (or near-qualified).
• At least 3 years of financial reporting/audit experience in investment funds or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent proofreading, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

They are seeking a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager to be based in their Ireland headquarters, reporting to the Head of Finance. You will be responsible for the following:

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy, or related field, and hold an ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification (or are nearly qualified).
• At least 3 years of financial reporting/audit experience in investment funds or a financial services environment.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, proofreading skills, and practical problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with DataSnipper is a plus.
