State Street Corporation in Dublin is seeking a Financial Reporting Officer to join a 200+ professional team focused on delivering interim and annual US GAAP/IFRS financial statements for a diverse set of alternative investment clients. You will plan and manage production across hedge, private equity and real estate funds, ensuring GAAP compliance and high client service.

Competenze

• Possess a degree in finance, business / accounting or related discipline
• Have 6-8 years’ experience in a similar environment or related environment, including experience managing staff
• The role would suit someone who is a qualified professional accountant (eg. ACA, ACCA, CPA).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS investment company financial statements.

Mansioni

• Plan, schedule, and manage the production of interim/annual financial statements and daily workflow for multiple alternative investment client relationships and product types (hedge, private equity, and real estate funds).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients with responsibility for implementing and supporting service requirements of client relationships.
• Perform technical reviews of hedge, private equity, and real estate funds’ financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Set targets and priorities; maintain high standards of client service; conduct performance appraisals.
• Be a source of technical support and guidance, reviewing statements and ensuring accuracy prior to issuance.
• Support new business integration and ensure operating models deliver best of breed service.
• Maintain continued professional development through performance reviews and training.
• Deputise for assistant vice president as required.
• Perform other duties as required.
