Job summary

innocent Limited in Ireland is seeking a Finance Manager to be the financial partner to our Ireland team, working closely with the Country Manager and leadership team in one of our fastest growing markets.

This role will own financial planning, reporting and performance analysis across the business, helping teams understand drivers of results and where to focus next while keeping financial controls strong and supporting sharp decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience building trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders and influencing decisions through insight.
• Strong commercial curiosity and the ability to assess different scenarios to find the best outcome.
• A solid understanding of financial controls, compliance and month-end accounting processes such as accruals and prepayments.
• Confidence presenting financial performance and recommendations to non-finance colleagues.
• The ability to simplify complex information into clear actions.
• A willingness to spend time with the Ireland team in Dublin, typically at least once a month.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the Ireland Country Manager and wider Ireland team to support decision-making and drive business performance.
• Owning the Ireland profit and loss account (P&L), helping balance growth, profitability and investment.
• Leading monthly reporting and performance reviews, turning numbers into clear insights.
• Managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, helping teams plan with confidence.
• Identifying opportunities and risks throughout the year and supporting leadership with trade-offs.
• Maintaining strong financial controls, including accruals, prepayments and trade investment management.
• Championing cost efficiency across overheads, logistics and waste.
• Playing an active role on the Ireland leadership team and shaping the business direction.
