Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with an exciting FMCG business to recruit an experienced Finance Director in Ireland. The role leads the finance function and partners with the SLT to drive commercial performance and international growth.

You will oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and controls, while developing the finance team and managing external stakeholders across export markets. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with PQE in finance.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing or consumer goods advantageous.
• Experience with international/export markets preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance function.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Provide commercial insight across sales, margins, profitability and performance.
• Manage working capital, treasury and export-related activities.
• Partner with the SLT on strategic and commercial decisions.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance.
• Support pricing, investment, product development and international growth initiatives.
• Lead and develop the finance team and manage external stakeholders.
