Job summary

innocent Limited in Ireland is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with the Ireland Country Manager and leadership team. You will own the Ireland P&L, lead planning, reporting and performance analysis, and help steer the business toward profitable growth in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

You’ll combine commercial thinking with financial rigour, helping teams focus on what drives results while maintaining strong financial controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience building trusted relationships with stakeholders and influencing decisions through insight.
• Strong commercial curiosity and ability to assess scenarios to optimise outcomes for business and customers.
• Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance and month-end processes (accruals and prepayments).
• Confidence presenting financial performance and recommendations to non-finance colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own the Ireland P&L end-to-end, from revenue to profit.
• Lead monthly reporting and performance reviews with clear insights.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles for Ireland, enabling confident planning.
• Identify opportunities and risks, advising leadership on trade-offs.
