Job summary

Alliedtalent is partnering with a Dublin-based asset-backed business reshaping its finance function to hire a Finance Manager. You will take ownership of financial control and reporting, working closely with the CFO and SLT to strengthen systems, controls and processes.

This hands-on role blends FP&A with a controls-focused environment, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and oversight of outsourced reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Experience reshaping or building out a finance function.
• Strong FP&A skills including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and oversee outsourced reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of financial control and reporting from current lead.
• Review and enhance financial packs, procedures and controls.
• Partner with senior leadership on FP&A activities.
• Oversee outsourced financial reporting and manage the team.
• Provide FP&A support across service operations.
