Job summary

Eirkoo is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join its growing finance team in Ireland. You will combine strong technical accounting with commercial exposure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will produce monthly management accounts, partner with commercial teams, forecast cash flow, manage working capital, and support year-end audits. This role offers a clear path to Finance Manager and significant interaction with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 3–5+ years' post-qualified experience.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel and excellent systems knowledge.
• Experience within retail, FMCG, manufacturing or distribution would be advantageous.
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Producing monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Business partnering with commercial and operational teams.
• Cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Supporting year-end audit and statutory compliance.
