Job summary

Focus Ireland is seeking a Head of Finance in Dublin to lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring robust reporting, governance and financial control. You will work closely with the Director of Finance and senior leaders to deliver timely financial information, strategic insight and sustainable funding stewardship.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical ability and hands-on leadership to drive performance across the organisation's finance processes and systems.

Qualifications

• A recognised professional accountancy qualification.
• Experience leading a finance team and delivering through others.
• Strong experience in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance team with clear objectives and accountability.
• Deliver monthly management accounts, forecasting and cashflow management.
• Oversee year-end accounts, audits and regulatory reporting for funders.
• Provide high-quality financial insight to support decision-making and governance.
