Job summary

innocent Limited in Ireland is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with the Ireland Country Manager and leadership team. You will own the Ireland P&L, lead planning, reporting and performance analysis, and help steer the business toward profitable growth in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

You’ll combine commercial thinking with financial rigour, helping teams focus on what drives results while maintaining strong financial controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience building trusted relationships with stakeholders and influencing decisions through insight.
• Strong commercial curiosity and ability to assess scenarios to optimise outcomes for business and customers.
• Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance and month-end processes (accruals and prepayments).
• Confidence presenting financial performance and recommendations to non-finance colleagues.

Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

Ireland is one of our most exciting markets, and we're looking for a Finance Manager to help shape what comes next. You'll be the financial partner to our Ireland team, working closely with the Country Manager and leadership team in one of our fastest growing markets.

This is a role with real ownership. You'll lead financial planning, reporting and performance analysis across the whole business, helping teams understand what's driving results and where we should focus next. You'll also play a key role in keeping our financial controls strong and our decision-making sharp.

You’ll be...

• Partnering with the Ireland Country Manager and wider Ireland team to support decision-making and drive business performance
• Owning the Ireland profit and loss account (P&L), helping the business balance growth, profitability and investment
• Leading monthly reporting and performance reviews, turning numbers into clear and useful insights
• Managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, helping teams plan with confidence
• Identifying opportunities and risks throughout the year and supporting the leadership team to make informed trade-offs
• Maintaining strong financial controls, including accruals, prepayments and trade investment management
• Championing cost efficiency across areas such as overheads, logistics and waste
• Playing an active role on the Ireland leadership team and helping shape the future direction of the business

You’ll have...

• Experience building trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders and influencing decisions through insight
• Strong commercial curiosity and the ability to assess different scenarios to find the best outcome for both the business and our customers
• A solid understanding of financial controls, compliance and month-end accounting processes such as accruals and prepayments
• Confidence presenting financial performance and recommendations to colleagues from non-finance backgrounds
• The ability to simplify complex information and turn it into clear actions
• A willingness to spend time with the Ireland team in Dublin, typically at least once a month
