Job summary

Eirkoo, a Dublin-based healthcare group, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead all financial activities with drive and ambition within an established organisation. You will oversee month-end close, reporting, budgeting and cash management.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification with 3–6 years PQE, strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with stakeholders. This is a challenging, rewarding opportunity.

Our client is a leading group operating the healthcare space that is currently looking for a Finance Manager to join the team.

This is an exciting role for someone who is an ambitious, experienced accountant with drive, determination and the ambition to work within an established organisation.

The Role

• Manage the month end process to ensure the production of accurate and timely financial information
• Prepare and report month end financials to wider team according to agreed timescales
• Manage supplier transactions and ensure all payments are made in accordance with agreed payment terms
• Provide detailed feedback on financial data to the relevant stakeholders and update rolling monthly forecasts
• Prepare the annual budget and forecast
• Manage cash and working capital management
• Take ownership of the annual audit and tax completion process
• Communicate effectively on financial information to key stakeholders
• Oversee the finance teams work and develop plans

About You

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) with 3-6 Years PQE
• Proven organisational, administration and analytical competencies
• Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
