Job summary

FK International - Financial Search and Selection is seeking a Finance Manager for a newly created, hands-on role reporting to the Finance Director. The successful candidate will manage accounts production (AP/AR, P&L, BS), statutory reporting, VAT, and debt.

You will also engage in treasury, investor reporting, FP&A and drive ERP automation for 2026. Ideal candidates will be qualified accountants with 3+ years PQE, ERP experience and strong Excel skills, plus excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years' PQE, ideally at Controller level within an SME.
• Systems savvy including ERP platforms; strong Excel skills and reporting experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role producing and maintaining accounts (AP, AR, P&L, BS) and statutory reporting.
• Manage debt, treasury and cash, plus shareholder/investor reporting.
• Support FP&A and systems automation; contribute to ERP implementation in 2026.

Job description

Newly created position, reporting to the Finance Director. This will be a hands-on role where the Finance Manager will gain exposure to all aspects to not only the routine aspects of accounts production and maintenance (AP, AR, P&L and BS production and reporting, statutory reporting and VAT returns) but also to debt management and reporting, shareholder and investor reporting, treasury and cash management (significant revenue and profitability), FP&A and systems automation (new ERP introduction in 2026).

Candidate background

Ideal candidate will have the following background:

• Qualified Accountant, with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and experience ideally at Controller level within an SME
• Systems savvy (ERP systems) and strong excel skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential
• This is an office-based role, close to Dublin C.C.
