Job summary

Engage People Recruitment is assisting a high-growth international media business to recruit a Finance Manager who will influence the finance function. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will own financial reporting and group finance operations across multiple entities, with high visibility to senior leadership and a tangible commercial impact.

The role covers IFRS reporting, consolidation, transfer pricing and VAT, plus overseeing audits and embedding strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE with ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
• Top 10 audit background with strong industry exposure.
• Excellent IFRS knowledge and consolidated reporting experience.
• Experience managing external audits across multiple entities/international jurisdictions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage IFRS reporting packs and ensure accurate group disclosures.
• Support integration of new subsidiaries into the reporting and audit structure.
• Translate financial information into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee outsourced accounts payable and ensure efficient invoice/payments.
• Develop and improve financial controls, processes and reporting across the group.
• Support onboarding of new entities and alignment with group systems.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and group VAT compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, entrepreneurial organisation and play a key role in shaping the financial infrastructure that supports its continued growth.

Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will take ownership across financial reporting and group finance operations. This is a highly visible, hands‑on position offering significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a tangible commercial impact.

You will be responsible for a broad range of financial activities, including:

• Preparing consolidated monthly and annual financial statements.
• Managing IFRS reporting packs and ensuring group disclosures remain accurate and up to date.
• Supporting the integration of new subsidiaries into the group's reporting and audit structure.
• Translating financial information into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Overseeing outsourced accounts payable and ensuring effective invoice and payment processes.
• Developing and improving financial controls, processes and reporting across the group.
• Supporting the onboarding of new entities and ensuring alignment with group finance systems and processes.
• Managing transfer pricing documentation and group VAT compliance.

You will have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with 5+ years PQE
• A Top 10 audit background, combined with strong industry experience.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and consolidated/group reporting.
• Proven experience managing external audits.Experience working across multiple entities and/or international jurisdictions.
