Trane Technologies is hiring a Technical Sales Engineer focused on equipment sales. The position centers on daily operations and driving commercial success by supporting our team and clients at customer locations.

Ideal candidates have HVAC certification or a technical degree, experience in HVAC or related services, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with CRM systems. They should be comfortable meeting sales deadlines and managing senior sales team expectations.

Qualifications

• Technical graduate with HVAC certification or equivalent experience.
• HVAC business experience preferred, with emphasis on technical products/solutions.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel; experience with CRM systems helpful.
• Client-facing experience and ability to meet internal/external sales deadlines.
• Ability to manage expectations of a senior sales team and prioritise work.
