• Ability to work on-site at customer locations and follow engineering specifications.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose system problems on-site while servicing products and equipment.
• Attend customer sites for Planned Preventative Maintenance, breakdowns, warranty work, hire and commissioning tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Collaborate with Service desk, Sales and Operations to share customer insights.
