Job summary

Field Sales Solutions, in partnership with Ferrero, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover Cork-North East. You will drive sales in grocery, convenience and wholesale, build relationships with store decision-makers, and optimise product availability and display across your territory.

The role offers a €34,500 base salary, up to 11.5% bonus, a company car and fuel card, and a tablet and mobile phone. 40 hours per week with flexible hours, plus holidays and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Ambition and drive to exceed sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently, with excellent time-management skills.
• A passion for sales and enthusiasm for Ferrero’s brand portfolio.
• A full, clean Irish driving license.

Responsibilities

• Focus on driving sales within grocery, convenience, and wholesale sectors.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase brand visibility, product availability, and sales.
• Identify new opportunities to boost brand presence in stores, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available.
• Analyse and utilise sales data to engage with key stakeholders and influence decisions.
