Job summary

Force Recruitment and Outsourcing is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover Dublin, Wicklow, Meath and Kildare. You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with retailers and secure shelf and feature space, while developing new business across Leinster.

The role offers a 35,000 EUR base salary plus 5% commission, a company vehicle, and a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible territory management. Prior FMCG/retail sales experience and a clean driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Has prior sales experience, ideally within FMCG or retail.
• Customer-focused and professional with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop new business.
• Comfortable using Excel and handheld technology to manage accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across Leinster and grow existing retail accounts.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan weekly activities and manage customer call files and routes.
• Build long-term customer relationships and maximise shelf and feature space.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Customer Service and Logistics teams.
