Job summary

Perform Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a family-owned fresh produce company in North Co. Dublin for a Field Sales & Merchandising Executive. The role is field-based with a company van and nationwide travel, offering a permanent, full-time position.

You will own a portfolio of retail stores, ensuring strong brand visibility and distribution through POS activation and in-store merchandising, with a 4-day week considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, independent self-starter with drive and passion.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail and wholesale customers daily to build relationships and drive sales.
• Merchandise products in-store to maximise visibility and POS impact.
• Support digital and social media activity for the brand.
• Analyse sales reports and data, and report on brand performance.
• Coordinate POS materials and trade shows.
