Duval Associates Ltd - Permanent Recruitment Specialists is seeking a hungry Field Sales professional to open new doors across the Cork region. You will travel three days a week, hunting for opportunities, and building a personalized sales pipeline with uncapped commission on top of a base salary.

Meet clients, book appointments, and own your patch. This role rewards drive, energy, and the ability to convert cold leads into lasting accounts, with OTE well above the base for top performers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in winning new business and building a pipeline.
• Strong self-motivation and discipline to manage your own targets.
• Excellent people skills to open doors and convert prospects.
• Hungry, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Three days (or more) on the road, meeting customers and opening doors.
• Book and manage your own appointments and patch; own the territory.
• Land new accounts and grow them into long-term relationships.
• Deals range from £1k to £500k with a base of 34–40k and uncapped commissions.
