Britvic Ireland is seeking an Account Development Executive to grow distribution and revenue across a range of established brands in all Away From Home outlets in Ireland. You will work with wholesale partners and account development strategies to broaden presence in On Trade, Hospitality, Foodservice, Leisure and Workplace sectors.

Formación

• Experience in selling to hospitality and on-trade outlets.
• Strong understanding of FMCG sales processes and channels.
• Proven ability to grow distribution and revenue.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver quarterly sales targets for the territory across outlets (On Trade, Hospitality, Foodservice, Leisure, Workplace).
• Grow product availability of Britvic soft drinks across the range.
• Attend monthly meetings with RTM, KAM, NAM and wholesalers.
• Engage in consultative selling to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure in-outlet execution aligns with PICOS and Perfect Store standards.
• Manage territory costs including discounts and promotional stock.
