Job summary

Britvic Ireland, part of the Carlsberg Group, is recruiting to lead and develop a team of 8 Customer Development Executives. The role focuses on building capability, driving engagement, and delivering distribution, revenue, volume, and profit targets across the full Britvic brand portfolio.

Working with National Account Managers, you will coach and develop talent, manage budgets, and leverage CRM insights to optimize territory performance and create sustainable commercial growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales management experience in leading a team.
• Comprehensive knowledge of products, channels, and competition in FMCG.
• Proven track record in field sales management or similar leadership role in FMCG.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and analyze sales performance data.
• Advanced computer literacy and proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of 8 Customer Development Executives with accountability for performance.
• Drive growth in distribution, revenue, volume, and trading contribution across the full Britvic portfolio.
• Provide field coaching and development planning to enhance selling capability and career growth.
• Promote Growth Culture principles and ensure strong in-store execution aligned to PICOS/Perfect Store standards.
• Manage regional budgets and leverage CRM insights to guide decisions and improve territory performance.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Account Managers to align execution of shared goals.
