Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Sales Analyst to deliver profitable growth for an On Trade portfolio in Ireland. You will build trusted customer relationships, translate brand priorities into outlet actions, and drive distribution, visibility and rate of sale while ensuring quality and compliance.

You will use EDGE/CRM forecasting, maintain accurate records and support forecast inputs from Commercial teams. A data-driven mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• FMCG/beverage or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to drive distribution, activation and rate-of-sale improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own customer and outlet delivery within a defined portfolio.
• Grow portfolio performance across distribution, visibility and rate of sale.
• Lead activation, promotions and training with internal teams and partners.
• Use CRM data and forecasting to prioritise actions and flag risks early.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply to resolve issues.
