Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant FMCG or hospitality sales experience in On Trade.
• Strong customer relationships, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/EDGE, Excel and forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own customer and outlet delivery: manage an agreed customer portfolio and call plan; build growth actions and complete business reviews.
• Grow portfolio performance in outlet: win and maintain distribution, visibility and rate of sale across priority brands.
• Land activation and innovation: execute promotions, launches and training with cross-functional teams; track standards and outcomes.
• Use data and CRM: maintain EDGE/CRM records and coordinate forecast inputs; prioritise action using rate-of-sale data.
• Resolve issues and protect trust: lead follow-through on supply, delivery, pricing, claims and execution across functions.
