Job summary

Britvic Ireland, part of the Carlsberg Group, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Leinster based in Dublin. Lead and grow a team of 8 Customer Development Executives, driving distribution, revenue, volume and profit while achieving targets across the Britvic brand portfolio.

You will coach, develop talent, partner with National Account Managers, and ensure excellent in-store execution aligned to PICOS and Perfect Store standards. Strong leadership and FMCG experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of sales management experience in FMCG.
• Comprehensive knowledge of products, channels, and competition in FMCG market.
• Proven track record in field sales management or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of 8 Customer Development Executives, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Drive growth in distribution, revenue, volume, and trading contribution across the full Britvic soft drink portfolio.
• Provide regular field coaching, performance feedback, and development planning to enhance selling capability and career growth.
• Promote and embed Growth Culture principles across the region.
• Ensure exceptional in-store execution aligned to PICOS and Perfect Store standards.
• Own regional business performance by identifying opportunities and removing barriers to meet commercial goals.
• Manage regional budgets including promotions and team expenses to maximise ROI.
• Leverage CRM tools, data insights, and performance analytics for decision-making and territory optimization.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Account Managers and key stakeholders to align execution.
