Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across two higher education buildings in Dublin. You will own day-to-day operations, drive KPIs, and manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing Facilities Management contracts within a customer-facing environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services, including contractor management.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, SLAs and contract performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• A recognised qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• IOHS or NEBOSH qualification and professional membership (BIFM, CIBSE or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Ability to satisfy Garda Vetting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across a prestigious PPP contract.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including managers, technicians and frontline colleagues.
• Oversee both hard and soft services, ensuring contractual KPIs and Service Level Agreements are consistently achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors and service partners.
• Manage operational budgets, financial performance and cost efficiencies.
• Ensure legislative compliance, health & safety standards and contractor management processes are maintained.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance, reactive works and lifecycle projects.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence across the contract.
• Lead performance management, coaching and development of site management teams.
• Support emergency response, business continuity planning and incident management.
