Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across two major Dublin buildings. The role reports to the Contract Director and requires ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring contractual KPIs, safety and client satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, drive improvements and supervise hard and soft services with a focus on service excellence for a high-profile PPP contract in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Experience managing FM contracts in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary operational teams and manage budgets.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services, including contractor management.
• Understanding of HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical systems, Fire Protection and Building Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across a PPP contract.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including managers, technicians and frontline colleagues.
• Oversee hard and soft services to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors and service partners.
• Manage operational budgets, financial performance and cost efficiencies.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and contractor management processes.
• Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance, reactive works and lifecycle projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the contract.
• Lead performance management, coaching and development of site teams.
• Support emergency response and business continuity planning.
