Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead integrated facilities management across two higher education buildings in Dublin. You will report to the Contract Director and own day-to-day operations of hard and soft FM services, ensuring service delivery, compliance and client satisfaction.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across a prestigious PPP contract.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including managers, technicians and frontline colleagues.
• Oversee both hard and soft services, ensuring contractual KPIs and Service Level Agreements are consistently achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors and service partners.
• Manage operational budgets, financial performance and cost efficiencies.
• Ensure legislative compliance, health & safety standards and contractor management processes are maintained.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance, reactive works and lifecycle projects.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence across the contract.
• Lead performance management, coaching and development of site management teams.
