Job summary

Elite Talent Hub is recruiting on behalf of a leading international facilities management provider for a Contract Manager to oversee a major education campus in Dublin city centre. You will manage a team of managers and frontline staff, ensuring delivery of hard and soft FM services within SLAs, budgets and compliance requirements.

Reporting to the Contract Director, you will focus on commercial management, lifecycle planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing FM contracts and a multi-disciplinary technical/operational team.
• Strong people management, coaching and team-building skills.
• Understanding of HVAC, fire protection, mechanical and electrical systems and BMS.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders and customers to meet contract expectations.
• Deliver FM operations across contract delivery, M&E services, compliance and contractor management.
• Meet KPI/SLA targets and monitor service delivery standards.
• Line manage site-based service managers and drive performance.
• Deliver contract within budget, manage monthly financial commitments and optimise expenditure.
• Oversee resourcing, procurement and vendor management.
• Lead mobilisation across the contract portfolio.
