Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor in Dublin to provide friendly, efficient service to hotel guests and support daily F&B operations across a busy property.

You will ensure timely setup, maintain areas to high hygiene standards, upsell to maximise revenue, and complete SOP checklists. A strong team player with fluent English and experience in fast-paced hotels is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros Experience would be preferable.
• Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends.
• A good team player.
• Are hardworking and dedicated to their role.

Responsibilities

• Operate Food & Beverage service according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of Food & Beverage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all Food & Beverage areas.
• Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Maximize sales through effective upselling.
• Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards.
