Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead frontline service in our Irish hotels. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure friendly, efficient service and maintain standards across F&B areas.

The role requires previous hotel experience (3–4 star preferred), fluent English, and a collaborative team approach. A fast-paced environment and midweek/weekend shifts are expected within our Dublin properties.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star property is desirable but not essential.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Food & Beverage service according to SOPs.
• Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of Food & Beverage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all Food & Beverage areas.
• Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Maximise sales through upselling.
• Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards.
