Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service excellence in a busy hotel setting. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure friendly, efficient guest service and adherence to SOPs.

You will upsell offerings, manage beverage and dining areas, and support training and hygiene standards. This role offers career development through the Dalata Academy and exposure to senior team members.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star property desired but not essential.
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate Food & Beverage service according to SOPs.
• Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of Food & Beverage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all Food & Beverage areas.
• Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Maximize sales through upselling.
• Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure hygiene standards.
