Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will manage F&B service, maintain areas, and help drive upselling in a busy hotel environment.

We value internal development through the Dalata Academy and encourage growth within the group, with opportunities to advance as part of our expanding portfolio in Ireland and beyond.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required.
• Experience in a 3/4 star hotel preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work flexibly including weekends and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate Food & Beverage service according to SOPs.
• Ensure timely setup and maintenance of F&B areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of F&B areas.
• Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Maximise sales through upselling.
• Complete daily SOP checklists and hygiene routines.
