Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor in hospitality (bar, restaurant or hotel).
• HACCP qualifications preferred.
• Ability to multitask and support across hotel departments.
• Experience with hotel front office systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations during shifts and ensure service standards.
• Lead, train and develop F&B staff to maximise performance and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to drive revenue opportunities and upselling initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and hotel operating standards.
• Maintain clear communication between departments and management.
