Job summary

Dean Group in Dublin Centre is seeking a Food and Beverage Duty Manager for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead front-of-house teams, coordinate with kitchen and events, and uphold brand standards across restaurant, bar, and events operations.

The successful candidate will have 2–3 years in a supervisory F&B role within a high-end hospitality setting, strong leadership and guest-experience focus, and hands-on experience with hospitality systems like OpenTable and Micros.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial F&B role within a high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B service, food safety practices, and operational procedures.
• Experience with hospitality systems (OpenTable, Micros, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support F&B staff during service, ensuring high levels of performance and team morale.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and team resourcing based on business levels.
• Ensure accurate and timely pass expedition by liaising with kitchen and bar teams.
