Job summary

Killashee Hotel in Naas, Ireland invites applications for the role of F&B Duty Manager. The role ensures smooth day-to-day service across all outlets, maintains high guest satisfaction, and supports staff performance.

The successful candidate will supervise restaurant, bar, and banquet service, uphold service standards, and lead the F&B team with a focus on training and quality. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality F&B operations (supervisor level or above).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
• Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation meet hotel expectations.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and shift handovers.
• Handle complaints or special requests quickly and professionally.
• Monitor service quality and step in during busy periods.

• Assign duties and manage staff scheduling during shifts.
• Assist with training new employees and ongoing coaching.

The Food & Beverage Duty Manager ensures smooth day-to-day service across all outlets, maintains high guest satisfaction, and supports staff performance.

Main Duties

• Supervise restaurant, bar, and banquet service during shifts
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation meet hotel expectations
• Handle opening/closing procedures and shift handovers
• Handle complaints or special requests quickly and professionally
